Emailed Bare Necessities several times since PC complaint. Aside from blocking me from Facebook, NO reply.
Horrible Customer Service! Horrible experience!
BN has now blocked me from FaceBook after I attempted to reach out via FaceBook messenger.
I’m not going away! I want the items I ordered preferably or I want my full refund!
Buyer beware! I'm a long-time customer of Bare Necessities - now a former customer! I ordered my Christmas gifts on a deep discount sale from BN on Nov. 10th, and have been anticipating box delivery since the order date. I checked emails to obtain a number to call Customer Service to report non-delivery. A FedEx email indicates the package was delivered on Nov. 15th, and attached is a picture of a box in a random mail room. I can't identify the name, address, or whether the box was delivered to the correct mailroom. My delivery address required delivery to an apartment number, not a mailroom.
No delivery! BN's position, as relayed by Customer Service Supervisor, Teresa (with no further identifier), is essentially that I'm out of luck. I was told to call my credit card company. Corporate Customer Service wouldn't even pick up my call because FedEx provided a picture in which you can't distinguish my name, address, or whether the box was left in the correct mailroom.
I do not want a refund! I want the undelivered package; it should have been delivered to my door, not to a mailroom! BN determines the delivery method, not the customer! There was no offer from BN to even determine whether any of the items are still in stock. There was no consideration or deference to my long-time customer loyalty and known nationwide issues with undelivered, misdirected, and stolen packages. Their customer service is terrible. Buyer beware!

Customer service handled my return with speed and accuracy. I would recommend buying anything from them as it is so easy if you have to make an exchange or a return.
The customer service agent was very polite and friendly. I really appreciate such a nice return policy since shopping on line has become the new norm.
Place order with live representative
I have tried on several occasions to place a call to physically speak to a live person in regards to an order and their customer service line is ridiculous. Can't understand what the voice prompt is saying and all it does is a loud click or beep and then it goes to silent.
I don't know if i'm on hold, if they disconnected or what happened.
I'm more than frustrated as i've been trying this for over a week and have yet to talk to anyone. I DON'T WANT TO GO ONLINE OR TO A CHAT...I WANT TO TALK LIVE TO A PERSON!!!

I wanted to cancel this order as I ordered the wrong items. I reordered the correct one.

I returned a product have verification it was received, but have not received my money back
I am still waiting for my money to be returned for the item that I returned. It should not have taken this long.

Contacted the company they were not doing any exchanges but would not give any of my shipping fees man they don’t charge for shipping if you exchange but they had no exchange so the customer is the victim. I suppose I will never order from them again.
Could not exchange my item but charged me shipping fees anyway I wanted to exchange to no avail. I was punished by having to pay shipping for no reason unacceptable will never buy from those company again.

It took them 9 days to even get it sent out. I expected to receive it in 9 days.
It didn't arrive in time for my event and they are claiming I can't return it. Had I known it would be over 20 days to receive it, I would not have ordered it.
Their website stated they send out in 1-3 days and shipping is 5-7 days. Completely unacceptable business practices.

Its very difficult to actually get a customer rep on the phone and once I did, they were unwilling to work with me on a miscommunication about their return shipping policy. Their policy is full refund if not satisfied but in fact there is a $6.95 shipping charge back to store which is hidden in the small print.
Very deceptive. Buying bras is not easy to do online without an easy, free return policy.
I literally paid $7 just to try on a bra that didnt fit. I will go elsewhere from now on where there are better return policies and better customer service.

Horrible company
Waiting for my refund, which apparently takes up to a month to receive after they get the item back. Never again - they are horrible!

Refund not received
Returned items immediately and were received by Bare necessities on Sept 20, 2024-using their own labels. As of Oct 12, still have not received refund.
Called a week ago and they said they received items and refund should be processed by end of week.
Still no refund. Will never purchase from them again.
